What is the Ban List?

-The Ban List is actually a list that limits use of mutations and dis-forms to your cat.
Any of those MUST go through a Leader!

What happens after a cat dies that had a Ban List item?

-The cat will be taken off from below and a person is allowed to use that slot if it opens.
